Pb with the off card Canalsatellite

I do realize that my questions could have been discussed already.
But I'm frustrated after many days trying to identify a solution, and I'm desparately in need of answers.

Since I installed Gemini 2.20 and newcamd 6.02 on my 7020, I discovered 2 issues :
- my off card (canal+ and canalsat) doesn't work
- my dreambox refuses the ftp access

Are these issues identified and corrected ? Or this case seems anormal and let me think that I did something wrong?

Which kind of Dreambox do you have? A 7000 or 7020 or 500 or which one?
Furthermore, did you check your ip settings in the Dreambox?
Normally when flashing another image, the ip settings will be changed to whatever is stated in the new firmware and you have to set the ip settings again manually.

Also check if you can login via telnet. It has come to my attention that some images do not use the normal login/password root/dreambox but something else or another password which could also be a reason that the box won't let you ftp to it.

To answer your questions, I have a dreambox 7020, and all configurations were done correctly. In fact the error mentioned when I try a FTP session is more linked to a system trouble: "the deamon vrftpd can't access thru the libssl.0.9.7 to the X509 key". If you have any idea about this, it will be helful before I restart a full installation (with the risk to obtain the same result).

The error notice looks like an error in a library of the firmware. I hope this was a Gemini 7020 image because you can't use 7000 images on the 7020.

Furthermore it is known that there are some issues with 7020 and network cards, in some firmware this is fixed, maybe not in this Gemini version.

Perhaps you can try the Hydra 1.09 for 7020, I have this running here on my own 7020 and this works fine, also on network and ftp.
Maybe dataspeed is not 100% fullspeed, but it works fine. The 7020 is not as long on the market as the 7000 and firmwares for 7020 are still being improved.

I hope some other 7020 users can give some advise and tips here too on this issue with the images they use theirselves on their 7020's.
