Watching sexview?

Hello,
Is there a way to open the sexview, redlight and/or mct channels on Hotbird 13? mainly encrypted in Irdeto 2, Mediaguard 2, Conax, Viaccess 2.5 and 2.6 with a Starsat SR-X4200D receiver? If you know please help me. I like watching these channels but I can't buy their original cards because they are forbidden in my country.
