Here comes one of the most known SmartCard programmer in the United States.
This programmer gives the user the capability of applying power or clock glitch. All the instruction of this programmer are included in many tutorials you can freely find on the net. Most of the features are powered by the Microcontroller and depends by the way you program it. The software part is done by each specific software and its own Microcontroller code.
This unlooper comes with Wildthing software in but as the Microcontroller it's fullt flashable you can re-program it as much as you want. This makes of this programmer one of the best platform to work with Smartcard.
An unlooper uses an alternate method to access a card's EEPROM. Rather than speak to the card using it's own language, the unlooper uses a brute-force method of accessing the data called glitching.
Unloopers are also useful in repairing damaged access cards. An unlooper is able to glitch past this loop, and repair the EEPROM back to original state (hence the term unloop).
Unloopers function based on the code they have "loaded" on them. Each unlooper has a chip on it which can store inherent functions, such as the ability to unloop, or the ability to glitch a specific card. This chip is known as an Atmel.
It connects to the Searial Com port of your PC and it has 4 DIP switch to set most of the functions firmware depending
