Purpose:
This programming reference is provided for the newbies who wants to learn. I'm not going to go into what each piece of code does, but I will cover the steps in programming and how to use each of the programs. I will try to cover every basic step to programming, so that you may avoid the common questions asked in the channel. This is to save time and take pressure off the operators who can spend more time on harder, more technical questions. If you still do not understand please feel free to ask, the operators in irc.cwgdesign.com.

Overview:
DSS cards hold the information we modify to test our cards. A normal subscribed card views programming through tiers. Tiers are areas in your card that authorize viewing of certain channels or sets of channels. Activation software adds tiers to a card, making it look subscribed. 3M is short for 3 Musketeers, meaning all for one and one for all. 3M cards have all channels and all PPVs already authorized. Act has almost no chance of being looped if you don't enable a blocker on it. Public 3M can easily be ECM?ed because if you can download it, so can DTV. Commercial 3M also can be ECM?ed because DTV also gets a hold of the cards. The safest solution (besides subscribing) is to write your own 3M.
2. You must first decipher your current usw
1. PC must be in Windows
2. Start Winexpl36
3. Insert P2/H card into reader/programmer
2. Press the Camera icon to read the card status.
3. If the usw is at 001A (26) or less go to step 3 or step 4
4. If the usw is at 001C (28) go to step 5
5. If you do not understand this crucial step, please read
some more FAQ before continuing
3. Making, cleaning, and restoring an Image of a P2/H card with xxxtex6, SxF , and WinExpl36
